She had the MRI today, and in true Kate fashion, she took it like a rock star. She had to go in this morning fasting, which to say we were nervous about would be an understatement. Amanda fed her at 2:30 this morning instead of Kate's normal 7:00, but she did great and you would have had no idea she was off her schedule. She was smiling at everyone at the hospital. Even when she had to get her IV, she whimpered twice and then started smiling at the guy wrapping her arm even though she had a needle, tape, a restriction board, and tubes on her little arm. She could've cared less. She reacted fine to the sedative and slept through the 45 minute MRI. We have some pictures of her smiling with her IV, but for some reason I can't get them to load on the computer tonight...I will try again this weekend.
The doctors said they figured out why her head is so big during the MRI. Apparently this problem if left untreated can cause a lot of additional problems including nearsightedness, closed mindedness, snobbery, and a large ego. Here's the photo of the problem the doctors found on her MRI:

HA! Seriously though we don't know anything from the doctors yet, but we will let everyone know as soon as we do.
