...our sweet girl is 3! Wow, how did that happen? It seems like just yesterday we were at the hospital getting ready to have her, and somehow we are now the parents of a preschooler. It's hard to believe that the tall, chatty, beautiful girl grew out of the small 5 pound package we were given 3 years ago. At her 2 week appointment her pediatrician said she was precocious. We're not sure why she said that, but it's so true. She never stops moving, loves to pretend to be anything from a kitty to her cousin Kason, dances all the time, loves to color, can sit and read books with us for hours, prefers a tutu to just about anything, and loves to eat macaroni and cheese. She also has her quirks, like her refusal to wear anything denim. Her vocabulary is somewhat amazing and her memory is down right scary. Don't tell Kate something unless you are prepared for her to remember it forever.
Now she's a big sister. Although she isn't in to holding Jude, she definitely likes to help out with him. It's been neat to watch her love him, in spite of her occasional bouts with jealousy. We are excited to see how she continues to grow and make us laugh. We love you Kate and thank God for blessing us with you.
