Oklahoma Surprise!

...deciding to drive to Oklahoma for the weekend at 7:00 on Friday night. We hadn't planned on going home but really didn't have any other plans for the weekend, and thought why not! We didn't tell anyone we were on our way, except Amanda's parents so they could get Kate's crib ready, and rolled in to OKC about 2 a.m. Even though it was a very short weekend it seemed relaxing, we got to see a lot of people, and we all had a great time. Kate spent much of her time outside either swinging or looking at cows. We didn't get many pictures from the weekend, but did take a little video. It's back to work tomorrow, but Kate will be happy to know all the grandparents (and some aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends) will be in Lubbock in just a couple of weeks!
