...Amanda's chocolate brownie mix. mmmm. Crispy and flaky on top, chewy in the middle, and full of chocolatey goodness. Sorry, I'm back. We've been good about not giving non-age appropriate foods, but we couldn't resist this one. The first taste was a cautious one, but the second. Well....see for yourself.
By the way if you want Amanda's recipe for the best brownies ever here it is:
2 Cups Sugar; 7 Tbsp. Cocoa; 3/4 Cup Vegetable Oil; 4 Eggs; 1 Cup Flour; 1/4 Tsp. Salt; 1 Tbsp. Vanilla; (1 Cup Pecans or other nut if you like)
Mix by hand sugar, cocoa, vegetable oil, and eggs. Add flour, salt, and pecans. Stir only until flour is mixed in. Add Vanilla. Pour in 9 x 13" pan. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes. They are done when top is a little crispy and middle is a little chewy.
